Hurricane Reunites Unique Family

How would you like to be the same age as your uncle? Jennifer Alexander, in today’s Waco Tribune-Herald (TX) writes about just such a family.

Excerpt:

Robinson High football players Dustin and Travis Baxley have a family tree that reads like a logic puzzle.

Travis is two weeks younger than Dustin, but his father is Dustin’s grandfather. Feel like saying ‘Uncle’ yet?

The 15-year-olds now have plenty of opportunities to explain their unique genealogy, ever since Hurricane Katrina brought the two back together at Robinson where they both play on the junior varsity football team.

That would be an interesting experience to have, especially if you were around each other a lot (which they are).
