Mayflower Society gives library its historic collection

The Morning Call (Allentown, PA) has an article by Lisa Gockley, Mayflower Society gives library its historic collection, concerning a major genealogy donation to a public library.

Excerpt from the article:

The Society of Mayflower Descendants in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania presented the Easton Area Public Library with a 28-volume set of books which provides information on families who came to America on the Mayflower.

”Compiling these books is a big project for us,” said Joan Miller, the society’s education chairperson. ”It’s a lot of time and research.”
